Program Description

By providing your mobile number and opting in (e.g., checking a box and clicking “Submit”), you agree to receive text messages (SMS/MMS) from Dark Horse CPAs regarding: (a) service and transactional communications (appointment reminders, document/e‑signature requests, deadline notices), and—if you separately opt in—(b) promotional/marketing messages (service updates, event invitations, newsletters).

Consent & Eligibility

Consent is voluntary and not a condition of receiving services. U.S. mobile numbers only. You must be 18+ to enroll. We do not send marketing messages to minors.

Message Frequency

Frequency varies by interaction; marketing messages (if opted in) are typically limited (e.g., up to a few messages per month). Transactional messages are sent as needed to support your services.

Message and data rates may apply.

Opt‑Out

You can opt out at any time by texting STOP to any message from us. After you send STOP, we may send a one‑time confirmation of your opt‑out. You can also email privacy@darkhorse.cpa to opt out.

Carriers

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

We only use information you provide through this service to transmit your mobile messages and respond to you. Your information, including your phone number and messaging preferences, is handled in accordance with this Privacy Policy. Mobile opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes.

Recordkeeping

We maintain records of opt‑ins and opt‑outs and honor revocation requests sent via any reasonable method (e.g., STOP or email).

Program Changes

We may modify or end the SMS program at any time. If material changes affect your rights, we will update these Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Policy accordingly.
