Her interest in accounting stems from her experience growing up in a family-owned business, Carmen's Seafood. Being closely involved in the operations of the business gave her firsthand insight into the financial challenges and opportunities that small businesses face. This exposure sparked her passion for accounting and her desire to help businesses succeed through sound financial management and strategic decision-making.

Adison is particularly interested in using her accounting knowledge to support and strengthen family-owned and small businesses, much like the one that shaped her own career goals.
