Nathaniel LeCount

Nathaniel LeCount is a Jr. Software Engineer at Dark Horse CPA. Raised in Southern California, he developed an early passion for computers and mathematics, which led him to earn three Associate degrees in Math, Computer Science, and Physics from Chaffey College. As a founding officer and Treasurer of the Chaffey College Computer Science Club, Nathaniel helped establish the college as a competitive presence in Southern California programming contests, representing the school in many regional competitions.

After graduating, Nathaniel relocated to Jacksonville, Florida, where he combined his technical interests with community service by volunteering and teaching children math and programming skills. He enjoys hands-on projects in his home lab and is an avid reader of fantasy literature. Outside of tech, Nathaniel and his partner are enthusiastic theme-park fans and active “Disney Adults,” with a wedding planned in the near future.

Nathaniel brings a strong foundation in problem-solving, teamwork, and practical coding experience to his role at Dark Horse CPA. He looks forward to contributing to the firm’s technical initiatives, learning from experienced colleagues, and continuing to grow professionally. Nathaniel is eager to work with the Dark Horse team and develop his skills further within the company.
