Roma Amor Saladino

Roma has more than three years of Philippine tax experience, having started her career at an audit firm where she was exposed to a wide range of clients and industries. Tax was never her favorite subject during her undergraduate years, but as she encountered different tax situations and worked with diverse clients, she found herself genuinely enjoying the challenge. What began as a career path gradually grew into a true passion. Today, she is always looking for opportunities to deepen her tax knowledge and gain exposure to different tax systems and jurisdictions.
Outside of work, Roma enjoys traveling, baking, exploring new food spots, and taking on adventurous activities that push her outside her comfort zone, including free diving.
She is also a huge animal lover, something that's easy to see from the number of pets in her home. During the pandemic, she welcomed her dog, Spike, who quickly became part of the family. More recently, Scottie joined the household as the newest furry family member. Roma also has four cats: Leela, the family's first adopted cat; Nabi; Tintin; and Bunso, whose name fittingly means "the youngest" in a Filipino household. Safe to say, her home is never short on furry companions, chaos, and entertainment.
