Watts is not the most common last name out there. If one guessed Erin might be married to Clark Watts, one might be correct. And, no, they’re not the only husband-wife team at Dark Horse. It’s actually starting to become more of a regular thing these days, giving new meaning to the term “Mom-and-Pop” store. Like Clark, she also has an accounting background so it’s likely that family dinner conversation occasionally involves debits and credits.
Erin attended earned her degree from Transylvania University (surprise, surprise…where she met Clark). She spent a number of years working in corporate accounting for Valvoline. Having taken a brief hiatus from accounting to start a family, she is now back-in-black and ready to help small businesses move from the red to the black alongside her.
Outside of the debits and the credits, Erin can be found emersed in various stories through the books she reads and the shows she watches (historical fiction, thrillers and rom-coms topping the list). She also enjoys cooking (especially baking her Nana’s locally world famous chocolate chip oatmeal cookies) and outdoor recreation with their two pitbulls, Thor & Luna.
