Jamaica, better known as Jam, is a leader. She couldn’t always say that about herself as this trait and skillset developed over time. She does, however, credit much of her development as a leader to her involvement in student organizations during her undergraduate studies. This experience shaped her into an outspoken individual who is passionate about helping and developing others. A positive attitude and outgoing personality help round out the characteristics that she attributes to the success in her career.
Joining Dark Horse was a natural extension of her desire to help and serve others, which she’s able to do through providing accounting and tax services to small businesses, supporting them in their growth journeys. And, she’s dedicated to providing the best possible service to her clients.
Outside of serving small businesses, she enjoys reading books, watching movies, finding new coffee shops, and exploring her city. More importantly, she makes her family and friends a priority in her life, intentionally carving time out of a busy schedule to spend quality time with them.
