Loise always knew she wanted to be an accountant and work as a public auditor. In high school, she set her sights on this goal and was fortunate enough to achieve her dream. However, it came with a significant cost: her time.
As she immersed herself in the auditing world, gaining valuable experience, she realized that something was missing in her life. She was sacrificing time with her family, friends, and, most importantly, herself. This prompted her to seek a better environment promising work-life balance.
When presented with an opportunity in such an environment, she was immediately drawn to it. However, there was a catch: she would have to turn away from the career she once dreamed of and was currently building, venturing into the new battlefield of taxation. Despite the difficulty of this decision, she bravely embraced it, overcoming initial fears. In hindsight, it stands as one of the best decisions she ever made. Now, she enjoys simultaneous satisfaction in work, career growth, and personal development.
Outside of work, she delves into the world of coffee, meticulously crafting brews with globally sourced beans. Watching coffee competitions and conventions, she connects and finds inspiration with like-minded enthusiasts. Beyond the bean, she captures life's fleeting moments through the lens of her Fujifilm camera. These pursuits are more than hobbies; they fuel her creativity and inform her perspective, bringing a unique edge to her approach at work.
